Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not ship internationally our delivery is for Metro Manila areas only.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping or delivery will depend on the projects or sales, but usually 1 to 3 days max after order.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Shipping will not be charge for taxes.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept Cash On Delivery payments or Checks subject for clearing before delivery.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Our warranty covers 1 year on all device such as cameras, DVR, computers, laptops, server, etc., except for the I.T. peripherals, consumable parts etc.

RETURNES

What is your returns policy? 

Return policy is based on upon delivery, the item should be check first and tested before the client will receive the goods or once the item receive it should be tested or check within the day or at least 3 days. If some instances that the item is defective the client must report the problem immediately, if after 3 days no report has been made after delievery we will considered the item has no defect and in good condition. Return policy does not covered mis handling damage made by the client, the item should be in perfect condition and shape and no scratches.

 

Do you refund?

We do not refund item, but the client has the option to change the item.
